On Screen Advertising Production
Check-List:
In
order to save you time and to make sure we
meet our deadlines in rendering your ads,
this checklist is created to streamline the
ad creation process. We appreciate you going
over this and making sure we receive
everything in a timely manner, so we can
best serve you. Thank you.
Before production, we will need:
___ High Resolution Logo in Large Jpeg, PDF, PSD,
AI format (NO GIFS)
Address ___ Phone Number ___ Web Address ___
___ Verbiage: (Please remember that 10 or 20
seconds ads don’t allow viewers to read long
paragraphs. In order for the ad to be
effective, please stick to short but catchy
sentences that tell the viewers what you do
and what you want them to do, any clear and
concise offers with restrictions in fine
print.)
___
Any pictures for inclusion. (Any ads you may
have done that you want the designer to
model after, or a selection of pictures that
you would like to include in high
resolution format.)
___
If you have a specific branding color,
please include sample or exact hex-code or RGB color.
___
If you want us to use any specific font,
please indicate the name of the font.
If we do not have that font, you will need
to supply us with the font in PC format.
Otherwise, we will forward the expenses to
you should we need to buy that font.
___
Any specific design directions or if you
would like the designer to run with it
regarding design, based on everything
provided.
During review, please check for:
___
Spelling & content errors
___
Any specific movement you’d like to modify,
things needing to be enlarged or any other
adjustments you’d like to make.
Please review promptly so changes can be
made on time. No
changes will be made after the 15th of the
month. Due to the
work-intensive process in putting together a
complete pre-show, we cannot make exceptions
to our deadline. Thank you for your
understanding.
*Please be as specific as possible with
your instructions from inception to the
final approval phase. Vagueness will
result in delay.
