How to SMG

  • 1. SELECT YOUR MOVIE

    Select from first-run movies, exclusive film series, family programming, or crowd-sourcing events.

  • 2. PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS

    Reserve your seats online, in-theater, or at a self-service kiosk in the lobby.

  • 3. ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY

    Visit our bar and lounge before checking in with a hostess. You’ll get a menu on your way to the theater.

  • 4. FIND YOUR SEAT AND PLACE AN ORDER*

    Press the Service Button at your seat. A server will arrive to take your order and start a tab. *Signature Service is available at SMG Chatham, IL only whereby Guests may order food and beverage at the Counter or Main Bar anytime.

  • 5. ENJOY THE MOVIE AND PAY YOUR BILL

    Your order will deliver directly to your seat. If you need service at any time, press your Service Button. A server will drop your check towards the end of the movie.

  • 6. HANGOUT IN THE LOUNGE

    Once the movie ends, make your way back to the bar for a nightcap or hangout with friends and family in the lounge.
