Why We're Watching

What can we say? This highly-anticipated follow up from Director Jordan Peele is what everyone’s talking about. Get Out was the surprise hit of last year, proving to have way more depth than your average horror movie. Love or hate it, the film got reactions. But Peele has already stated that Us is not related to Get Out, and that race, in particular, does not play a role in this narrative. So then, what is under the surface here? Call us crazy, but there is undoubtedly huge loads of subtext and depth in Us, and we’re dying to find out what it is. The trailers have too many unanswered questions, and we’re loving it.
