The SMG Experience
We believe SMG is the best place to watch a movie. We’re committed to the health and safety of our teams and our Guests, and new technologies to improve your experience. All of our locations feature custom luxury recliners and rockers, laser projection, and Q-SYS sound systems, combined with an American Grill menu, full-service bar, and in-theater dining. We put hospitality at the top of our service model and hope you truly enjoy watching a movie and having a meal with us at Studio Movie Grill.
How to SMG

1. SELECT YOUR MOVIE
Select from new-release movies, exclusive film series, and Event Cinema Screenings like anime, concerts, horror, and classic films.

2. BUYING TICKETS
Purchase tickets on our website, the SMG App, Box Office, or a self-service kiosk at the theater.

3. ORDERING FOOD & BEVERAGES
You can purchase menu items on our self-service kiosks, or at your seat by pressing your Service Button. Please note: no outside food or drink allowed and you must be 21 years or older to buy and consume alcohol.

4. SEAT-SIDE DELIVERY DURING THE SHOW
We'll deliver your order directly to your seat. If you need anything else, press your Service Button.

5. ENJOY THE MOVIE & PAY YOUR BILL
It's our goal to make SMG the best place to watch a movie. If you need anything, press your Service Button or find a Team Member. If you have an open tab, we'll drop your check.

6. SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US
When you see a Team Member on the way out, please let them know about your experience. If you purchased tickets online, you'll get a survey from us.
