SMG “Red One Prize Pack” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Studio Movie Grill ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes begins October 25, 2024 at 8:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) and ends November 18, 2024 at 11:59pm CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
1. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the continential United States (void in U.S. Territories, Hawaii, Alaska), 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in participant’s state of legal residence. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of Sponsor, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (“MGM”) and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and promotion partners are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. HOW TO ENTER NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You can enter this Sweepstakes via Studio Movie Grill’s social media. To enter, access the following social media platform, Facebook, register for free to open an account if you do not already have one. Follow the @studiomoviegrillfan account and then follow the instructions on the official sweepstakes post from this account to enter the Sweepstakes. The instructions include, “liking” the sweepstakes post and leaving a comment with the hashtags #mysmg, “#REDONE” or “#sweepstakes” on the sweepstakes post. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), forged, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Multiple entries are allowed, up to a maximum of one entry per day per person. Entries that exceed that number will be void.
3. SELECTION OF WINNER One Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor by direct message via Facebook on or about November 22, 2024. If potential winners cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted within two (2) days from the date of the first attempt to contact potential winners, or if potential winners are found to be ineligible, or if they cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, alternate winners may be selected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Prize package is available in mainland USA only; Travel allowance is provided to the value of $100 USD; At least 1 person traveling must be over the age of 21; accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double occupancy room; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room on check in; the prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car rental, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or US Public Holidays; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning and all travel must be completed within that time; if the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; Spending money for shopping spree is provided to the value of $750 USD; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 5. CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner(s). Sponsor, MGM, Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and promotion partners (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not responsible for, and PARTICIPANTS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, postage due or illegible entries; (ii) computer malfunctions, data corruption, third party hacks, outages, force majeure events that prevent or delay the Sweepstakes from occurring, and (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of, based upon, or caused by: (a) entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes and/or (b) the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, usage, or misuse of the prize; or (iii) printing, distribution or production errors. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and their agencies to use the winners’ name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation Internet, unless prohibited by law. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
6. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE DISTRIBUTED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN DALLAS, TX, U.S.A. (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY, “SPECIAL DAMAGES”), AND (4) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. TEXAS LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION.
