Choosing to work or go back to school full time, Ryan set a goal for himself to make manager at SMG. In 18 months, Ryan reached that goal transitioning from Runner, to Server, and Server Director, before taking a position at SMG Royal Lane as a Unit Manager. When asked about reaching his goal, Ryan did everything he could to help the team around him succeed, and they did the same in return. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing your One Story.
