Norman Brinker told us that if you're not serving the Guest, then you're serving someone who does. It's Norman's spirit that lives on through the Home Office at Studio Movie Grill, and we stand in service of our teammates in the field who aim to deliver a wow-experience to every guest, every time. We believe when our teams are cared for, our Guests are cared for too.
